1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is RIM Reformas Integrales Málaga (“RIM”), with a public point of contact at Carril de la Cordobesa, 29, 29003 Málaga (Málaga), phone 951 20 49 47 and email [email protected]. You can reach us by any of these means for any matter concerning your data.

2. What data we collect

Only what you provide: full name, phone, the address of the home or premises the enquiry concerns, email when you supply it (for example, to receive the calculator summary) and any information you wish to add about your project. The address is used to assess the project and prepare the visit; the autocomplete field works with the Google service described in the cookie policy.

3. What we use it for

• Handle your request for information, guidance or a quote, and contact you to arrange the visit.
• Prepare the assessment or quote for the project you ask us for and follow up on your request.
• Send you, if you request it, the indicative summary from the budget calculator.

We don’t use your data for third-party advertising and we don’t sell it.

4. Legal basis

The basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form by ticking the acceptance box (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and the application of pre-contractual measures requested by you, such as preparing a visit or a quote (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Who we share your data with

To handle your request, your data may be disclosed to the collaborating companies and professionals involved in assessing, quoting or carrying out the requested project, solely to the extent necessary for that purpose. Our technical providers (web hosting and infrastructure services) also access data as processors. Beyond these cases, data is not shared with third parties except by legal obligation.

6. Retention

We keep your data while we handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods needed to address any liabilities. If you ask us to stop processing it, we will delete or block it in accordance with the regulations.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by contacting RIM by phone, email or at our public point of contact, proving your identity. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
