Before you write to us
Is there any cost for the first visit?
None. We come to see your home or premises, listen to what you want to change and give you a first steer on feasibility and investment range. It commits you to nothing.
How long do you take to prepare the quote?
It depends on the scope. A bathroom or a kitchen is quoted in a few days; a full renovation needs a bit more, because we measure, define materials and close each item. At the visit itself we tell you which day you’ll have the quote, and we treat that as a commitment.
Which areas of Málaga do you work in?
In the city of Málaga and all its districts: Carretera de Cádiz, where our office is, the Historic Centre, El Limonar, Teatinos, Pedregalejo, Churriana, Ciudad Jardín, Cruz de Humilladero… If your home is in the city, we get there quickly for the first visit and for every site check.
