What we do

• We take your renovation request (form, phone or WhatsApp) and help you define it.
• We put you in touch with independent renovation companies working in and around Málaga.
• That company visits the property, quotes the work and, if you accept, contracts it directly with you.

What we do not do

• RIM does not carry out, manage or supervise building work.
• RIM gives no guarantees on the work: warranties, deadlines, prices and liability are those you agree in writing with the renovation company doing the job.
• RIM is not a party to the works contract. Quotes, invoices and any complaint about the work are between you and that company.

If anything elsewhere on this site seems to say otherwise, this notice prevails.

Prices and the calculator

• Figures on the site and in the calculator are a rough guide, not an offer or a quote.
• The actual price is given in writing by the renovation company after seeing the property.

Using the site

• Browsing is free and open to everyone.
• Please do not use it unlawfully, submit other people’s details without their consent or try to damage or overload it.

Content and brand

• The texts, design and RIM brand are ours or used with permission. Some photos are illustrative or licensed stock images.
• You may quote or link to the site; ask us before copying whole sections.

Liability

• We answer for our own work: handling your request properly, looking after your data and giving accurate information.
• We are not liable for the renovation work, for what you agree with the renovation company, or for external sites we link to (Google Maps, WhatsApp…).
• Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

• Spanish law applies.
• As a consumer, you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence; we do not impose any other venue.
