2. Purpose and activity

The purpose of the Site is to present RIM’s activity in the field of home and premises renovation — full renovations, bathrooms, kitchens, flats, houses, interior design and commercial premises — in the city of Málaga, and to make it easier for interested parties to request information, guidance or a quote for their project.

RIM is a renovation company that designs, quotes, manages and carries out renovation works. The work is done with its own team and with collaborating professionals and trades acting under RIM’s coordination and direction. The contractual relationship for each job is formalised in writing between the client and RIM, with a fixed itemised price, timelines and conditions defined before it begins.

3. Quote and guarantee

Every job contracted with RIM is governed by a fixed, written quote, with itemised costs, the execution timeline and the payment terms. Changes requested by the client, or unforeseen work that can only be detected once the job has begun, are assessed and approved in writing before being carried out.

Works carried out by RIM are covered by a written guarantee, set out in the contract, and by the legal guarantees applicable under current regulations — in particular, where relevant, Law 38/1999 on Building Regulations and the Civil Code — against construction defects or faults. RIM also holds civil liability insurance. All of this is without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law.

4. Nature of the Site’s information

The Site’s contents — including prices, ranges, timelines, service descriptions and the results of the budget calculator — are purely informative and indicative and do not constitute a contractual offer or a binding quote. Any quote will only be binding once confirmed in writing, after the corresponding visit and measurement, and signed by the parties.

The Owner endeavours to keep the Site’s information up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the permanent validity of prices and conditions, which may change without notice.

5. Terms of use

Access to the Site is free and grants user status to anyone using it, who undertakes to use it in accordance with the law, good faith and this notice. It is prohibited to use the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes against the Owner or third parties, to enter false data in the forms, or to carry out actions that may damage, overload or impair the Site.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

The Site’s contents (texts, design, logos, structure, code and graphic elements) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by RIM or by third parties who have authorised their use. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited. Some images are illustrative and come from licensed image banks.

7. Liability

The Owner shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for damages arising from use of the Site, from interruptions or technical failures, from the presence of viruses or other harmful elements, or for the content or services of third-party sites linked from the Site (for example, Google Maps or WhatsApp), which are governed by their own terms. All of this is without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law.

8. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts and tribunals applicable under the regulations on consumers and users.
