What we use on this site and how to manage it. It’s little, and we tell you all of it.
1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser’s local storage) are small files or records that a website stores on your device to work correctly or remember preferences.
2. What this site uses
- Own technical storage: we remember whether you’ve closed the cookie notice and the state of the budget calculator (so you can share or resume your calculation). It contains no personal data and isn’t used for advertising.
- Google Maps / Google Places (third party): the map on the contact page and the address autocomplete in the forms are provided by Google, which may set its own cookies and collect technical data under its policies (policies.google.com). These services only load when you interact with the map or the address field.
- WhatsApp (third party): the WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp app or site, with its own terms and privacy policy. Nothing from WhatsApp loads from our site until you click.
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking systems for its own commercial purposes.
3. How to manage them
You can delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge have instructions on their help pages). Bear in mind that blocking the technical storage may affect features such as the calculator or the map.
