Behind every card there was first a conversation: more light in the living room, a kitchen where two can cook, a bathroom you feel like showing off. This page brings together renovations across different Málaga districts that solve exactly that.
It isn’t everything we’ve delivered — in the last year alone we passed 80 renovations — these are the jobs that best explain how we work. A flat in Carretera de Cádiz redistributed top to bottom, a bespoke kitchen in Teatinos, a villa in El Limonar brought up to date. All followed the same path: visit, plan with a fixed price, phased works and a final check with you before handing over the keys.

Renovations across the districts of Málaga
Six jobs, six different briefs. Each solved something specific its home was asking for.
A seventies block flat with a long corridor and windowless rooms. New layout, complete services and the kitchen opened to the dining room: the light from the façade now reaches the entrance.
A personalised new-build flat. Central island, storage up to the ceiling and a worktop designed for daily cooking, not for guests. Lighting in three levels by time and use.
A built shower, large-format marble and concealed taps. Plumbing thoroughly renewed: what you can’t see is what makes this bathroom last.
An open floor with the staircase as the centrepiece, new joinery and renewed climate throughout the house. The work was organised floor by floor so the family could keep using it.
No major works: materials, light and bespoke furniture for a living room that worked but had no character. The project defined every piece before ordering the first.
A period flat with the kitchen closed off at the back. Partition gone: the kitchen opens to the living room keeping the height and the mouldings, and the home gains its best square metre.
